Touchstone Communities is Hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Near Henderson, TX
- (2) 6am-6pm
- (1) 6pm-6am
- Must have a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in order to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning.
- Coordinate total nursing care for the residents as per nursing licensure.
- Supervise that certified nursing assistants, certified medication aides adhere to standard job requirements and follow Touchstone-Communities policies/procedures/programs, state regulations and federal regulations.
- Follow resident specific plans of care to promote accurate documentation for reimbursement purposes.
